Signing up for the DRAGON MIDAS Alarm notifications

To sign up for the MIDAS Alarms go to this directory on smaug:

/Users/dragon/online

Then in the file: "notify.txt" file add your email and phone number

Save the file and then mentally prepare for thousands of emails :)
